CAPITAL INVESTMENT COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Fue Lee, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00 pm on February 13, 2023 in Room 120 of the Minnesota State Capitol. The meeting was broadcast via House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice-Chair Reyer moved that the minutes from the February 8, 2023 meeting be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 669 (F. Lee); Safe routes to school grant program funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.

Representative Lee provided an informational presentation on HF 669 and the A23-0021 amendment.

HF 670 (F. Lee); Library construction grant program funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.

Representative Lee provided an informational presentation on HF 670 and the A23-0022 amendment.

Vice-Chair Reyer adjourned the meeting at 1:35 pm.
