CHILDREN AND FAMILIES FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Dave Pinto, Chair of the Children and Families Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:32 AM on February 28, 2023, in Room 200N of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice Chair Keeler moved that the minutes from February 21, 2023 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 1479 (Hanson) Commissioner of human services directed to study and make recommendations for paperwork reduction relating to child protection cases, and report required.

Representative Hanson moved to bring HF 1479 before the committee.

Representative Hanson moved the DE1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Hanson presented HF 479 as amended.
