HOUSING FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MINUTES
Representative Michael Howard, Chair of the Housing Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:04 PM on February 14, 2023, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Hassan moved that the minutes of February 8, 2023, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 1440 (Howard) Family homeless prevention and assistance program funding provided, and money appropriated.
Chair Howard moved to lay over HF 1440 for possible inclusion in the Housing Finance and Policy Committee omnibus bill.
Chair Howard moved the H1440A5 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Howard presented HF 1440 as amended.

Representative Johnson moved the H1445A3 amendment. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL.
Representative Hassan renewed the motion to lay over HF 1440 as amended for possible inclusion in the Housing Finance and Policy Committee omnibus bill. The bill was laid over.
