HUMAN SERVICES POLICY MINUTES

Representative Peter Fischer, Chair of the Committee on Human Services Policy, called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM on February 6, 2023, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Backer moved that the minutes from February 1, 2023, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 339 (Curran) Adult foster care licensure requirements modified for community residential settings.

Representative Curran moved that HF 339 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Human Services Finance Committee.

Representative Curran presented HF 339.

Representative Finke moved that HF 716 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Human Services Finance Committee.
