Representative Cheryl Youakim, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:03 PM on March 24, 2023, in Room 120 of the Capitol Building.

Representative Pursell moved that the minutes from March 23rd 2023, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 58 (Richardson) Dismissal of students in kindergarten through grade 3 prohibited, and money appropriated.
