Representative Cheryl Youakim, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10: 35 AM on March 28, 2023, in Room 120 of the Capitol Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistance noted the roll.

Representative Pursell moved that the minutes from March 24th, 2023, with a technical correction, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Vice Chair Clardy assumed the gavel.

Chair Youakim moved HF 2497 before the committee.

Chair Youakim moved the DE 1 amendment.

House Research presented a walkthrough of the DE1 amendment.

The meeting was adjourned at 12:44 PM.

NOTE: A DE1 Amendment to HF 2497 (Youakim) that will serve as the House Omnibus Education Finance bill has been posted.
