MINUTES

Representative Michael Nelson, Chair of the Labor and Industry Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:01 PM on March 23, 2023 in Room 10 of the State Office Building. It was broadcast via House Public Information Services.

HF 2336 (Greenman); Minnesota Climate Innovation Finance Authority established to provide financing and leverage private investment for clean energy and other projects, report required, and money appropriated.

Representative Greenman moved that HF 2336 be re-referred to the Climate and Energy Finance and Policy Committee.

Representative Greenman moved the A4 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
