Rules and Legislative Administration Committee Minutes

Representative Jamie Long, Chair of the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 10:10 on March 2nd, 2023 in the State Office Building Basement Hearing Room.

A quorum was present.

Representative Engen moved the minutes from February 21 and February 28, 2023.

Chair Long moved HF2320 be referred to the Committee on Children and Families Finance and Policy. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Long moved HF2335 be referred to the Committee on Housing Finance and Policy. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Long moved HF2310 be referred to the Committee on Environment Finance and Policy. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Long moved HF2324 be referred to the Committee on Environment Finance and Policy. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


Chair Long moved the adoption of the Calendar for the Day pursuant to rule 1.21 & 3.33, The Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration designates Monday March 6, 2023 for the adoption of the Calendar for the Day and has established a pre-filing requirement for amendments offered to those bills. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


The meeting was adjourned at 10:15.
