Representative Ginny Klevorn, Chair of the State and Local Government Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:31 A.M. on Thursday, March 16, 2023, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Bahner moved to approve the minutes from March 14, 2023. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2405 (Koegel); Infrastructure Resilience Advisory Task Force established, and report required.

Chair Klevorn moved that HF2405 be re-referred to the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee.

Representative Koegel presented HF2405.

Chair Klevorn renewed the motion that HF2405 be re-referred to the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2406 (Koegel); Federal infrastructure funds coordinator funding provided, and money appropriated.

Chair Klevorn moved that HF2406 be re-referred to the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee.

Representative Nadeau moved the H2406A1 amendment.

Representative Nash requested a roll call on H2406A1.
