TAXES COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Aisha Gomez, Chair of the Committee on Taxes, called the meeting to order at 1:02 PM on March 16, 2023 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice Chair Norris moved the minutes of March 14, 2023. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2277 (Vang) Eligibility for beginning farmer tax credit modified for sale of agricultural asset, credit administration funding provided, sunset of credit repealed, and money appropriated.

Chair Gomez moved that HF2277 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Taxes Omnibus bill.

Chair gomez moved the H2277A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
