PROPERTY TAX DIVISION MINUTES

Representative Dave Lislegard, Chair of the Division on Property Tax, called the meeting to order at 6:04 PM on March 16, 2023 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice Chair Lee moved that the minutes of March 15, 2023, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 428 (Clardy) West Saint Paul; tax increment financing provisions modified, and special rules authorized.

Chair Lislegard moved that HF 428 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Property Tax Division omnibus bill.

Representative Clardy presented HF 428.

Chair Lislegard moved that HF 1458 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Property Tax Division omnibus bill.

Chair Lislegard moved that HF 134 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Property Tax Division omnibus bill.

Chair Lislegard moved the H0134A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Klevorn presented HF 134 as amended.

Representative Quam moved that HF 2239 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Property Tax Division omnibus bill.
