Representative Brad Tabke, Vice-Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 08:29 A.M., on March 16, 2023, in Room 120 of the Minnesota Capitol.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Petersburg moved the minutes of March 14, 2023. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2092 (Hornstein) Metropolitan Council member election provided.

Chair Hornstein moved that HF2092 be rereferred to the Committee on State and Local Government Finance and Policy.

Chair Hornstein moved the DE1 amendment to HF2092. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Hornstein moved the A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
