Representative Frank Hornstein, Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 08:31 A.M., on March 14, 2023, in Room 120 of the Minnesota Capitol.

Representative Petersburg moved the minutes of March 10, 2023. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1153 (Burkel) Definition of qualifying agricultural products amended for special farm products permits.

Chair Hornstein moved that HF1153 be placed on the General Register

Chair Hornstein moved the A1 amendment to HF1153. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
