HF2755 (Nelson M) Labor & Industry Budget Bill
Chair Olson moved HF 2755 before the committee.
Chair Olson moved the A12 amendment to HF 2755. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Nelson presented HF 2755 as amended.

HF2233 (Xiong) Workforce Development Budget Bill
Chair Olson moved HF 2233 before the committee.

Representative Xiong presented an informational overview of the A15 amendment to HF 2233.
Following discussion, Chair Olson temporarily laid over HF 2233.
SF3035 (Hassan) Economic Development Budget Bill
Representative Hassan moved that SF 3035 be re-referred to the General Register.
Representative Hassan moved to delete everything after the enacting clause, and insert the language from HF 3028, the first engrossment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Hassan presented SF 3035, as amended.

Representative Hassan moved the A23-0116 amendment to SF 3035, as amended.
Representative Hassan moved the A15 amendment to the A23-0116 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT, TO THE AMENDMENT, WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Hassan moved the A16 amendment to the A23-0116, as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT, TO THE AMENDMENT, AS AMENDED, WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Hassan renewed the motion to adopt the A23-0116 amendment, as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT, AS AMENDED, WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Hassan moved that the language contained in HF 2755, as amended, be incorporated into SF 3035, the Economic Development, Workforce Development, and Labor Omnibus as separate articles. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Hassan renewed the motion that SF 3035 as amended, be re-referred to the General Register, and that nonpartisan staff be directed to make any technical corrections and amend the title. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
