WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

Representative Liz Olson, Chair of the Committee on Ways and Means, called the meeting to order at 10:31 A.M. on, Monday, February 13, 2023, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice Chair Edelson moved that the minutes of February 6, 2023, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF62 (Nelson) Public Employment Relations Board data modified, and money appropriated.

Representative Becker-Finn moved that HF 62 be re-referred to the General Register.

Chair Olson moved the A8 amendment to HF 62.

Chair Olson renewed the motion to adopt the A8 amendment to HF 62. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Nelson presented HF 62 as amended.
Representative Becker-Finn renewed the motion that HF 62 as amended be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF30 (Richardson) Catalytic converter purchase requirements established, and penalties provided.

Representative Moller moved that HF 30 be re-referred to the General Register.

Chair Olson moved the A4 amendment to HF 30. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Richardson presented HF 30 as amended.

Representative Youakim requested a roll call.

Representative Moller renewed the motion that HF 30 as amended be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Moller moved that HF 55 be re-referred to the General Register.

Chair Olson moved the A5 amendment to HF 55. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Richardson presented HF 55 as amended.
