1.3    "Sec. 2. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS.
1.4    Any rules adopted by the board of school administrators governing superintendent
1.5or principal licensure must require that a person applying for a principal or superintendent
1.6license have at least three years of successful teaching experience gained while holding a
1.7classroom teaching license valid for the positions in which the applicant taught.
1.8EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment."
