1.15    Subd. 2. Records. A contractor to whom subdivision 1 applies must maintain
1.16records, including delivery receipts, documenting the disposition of all waste generated by
1.17the project. The contractor must maintain the records for three years. If the contractor is
1.18unable to achieve the 40 percent recycling goal established in subdivision 1, the records
1.19must include an explanation of why the goal was unable to be met.
1.20EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective July 1, 2009."
