Chair Thissen announced the referral of the following bills to the Mental Health Division
HF974 (Otremba) A bill for an act relating to human services; providing a rate increase for children's therapeutic services and supports; amending Minnesota Statutes 2006, section 256B.0943, by adding a subdivision

HF725 (Madore) Assistive technology provided for people with disabilities and statewide study and reports required.
Chair Thissen moved that HF725 be passed and re-referred to the Committee on Finance.
