Chair Thissen renewed his motion that HF175 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the
Committee on Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Rep. Huntley moved that HF1078 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on
Finance.
HF1078 (Huntley) Hospital public interest review and alternative approval process modified, and hospital accountability requirements established for tax purposes.
