  1.1                    A house concurrent resolution 
  1.2             relating to adoption of revenue targets under 
  1.3             Minnesota Statutes 2000, section 16A.102, subdivision

  1.5      BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives, the Senate 
  1.6   concurring, that the following revenue targets be adopted under 
  1.7   the requirements of Minnesota Statutes 2000, section 16A.102, 
  1.8   subdivision 2: 
  1.9                                 Fiscal Years     Fiscal Years 
  1.10                               2002 and 2003    2004 and 2005  
  1.11  (1) the maximum share of      15.9 percent     15.5 percent
  1.12  personal income to be 
  1.13  collected in taxes and 
  1.14  other revenues 
  1.15  (2) the division of the 
  1.16  share between 
  1.17  state services                  61 percent       61 percent
  1.18  local services                  39 percent       39 percent
