Rep. Kresha Responds to DFL Blocking Critical School Funding
St. Paul, MN — Rep. Ron Kresha released the following statement after the House DFL blocked HF3490 for the second time:
“House DFL committee members again blocked a bill that allows our local schools to benefit from donations, choosing misplaced priorities and unfounded blame over real solutions," said Rep. Kresha. "This proposal keeps critical scholarship dollars in Minnesota and supports students without new taxes. Blocking it while schools face funding challenges is disingenuous. Minnesota families, students, and educators deserve better.”
