3. HF4548 (Youakim) Department of Human Services and Department of Children, Youth, and Families forecasted program adjustments made.
HF4548 will be amended by the DE1 Amendment. HF4548 will be the K12 Education Forecast Adjustments bill.

4. HF4074 (Lillie) Retirement; expense apportionment modified among funds managed by the State Board of Investment, administrative changes made to statutes governing the retirement plans administered by the Minnesota State Retirement System, correctional employees clarified to remain in the correctional employees retirement plan while working for a labor organization, conforming changes made, enrollment procedures modified, correctional plan membership committee clarified to no be subject to open meeting law and agency appointment and registration requirements, and deputy fire marshals allowed to elect coverage by the state fire marshals subplan.
HF4074 will be amended by the DE2 Amendment (with A8 Author Amendment).

The public safety policy conference committee will convene to review and adopt provisions from SF4760 / HF3990, and policy only provisions from HF1082, via a side-by-side comparison document which will be posted once available.

Please submit documents to be posted for committee members by Thursday, May 7th, 2026 at 7:00 PM. Late submissions may not be posted in advance of the hearing or included in prepared materials for committee members.

Please email requests to judiciary@senate.mn by Thursday, May 7 at 7 p.m. with your name, organization, title, page where the language can be found in the side by side, House or Senate side of page, and indicating a pro or con position. Testimony is limited. The number of testifiers and length of time permitted is at the discretion of the joint House and Senate chairs. Confirmation of testimony will be sent via email after the elapsed deadline and may include a time allocation based on the volume of requests.
