Starting Line: Term limits for lawmakers?

It could be a potential question on the November ballot: “Would you support term limits for state legislators and other state officers?”

Rep. Jason Rarick (R-Pine City) is proposing legislation that would put a cap on the time someone could serve in the Legislature and in executive state offices.
