Starting Line: School safety at heart of school resource officer training proposal.

Recent tragedies throughout the country have led to an increased focus on school safety. After hearing from school officials and community leaders, Rep. Anna Wills (R-Rosemount) sponsors a bill to increase safety in Minnesota schools by funding school resource officer training programs.

This week on Starting Line learn more about what HF4387 would do for school districts, and why Rep. Wills thinks funding school resource officer training programs can help increase school safety.
