Starting Line: School safety at heart of school resource officer training proposal.

Recent tragedies throughout the country have led to an increased focus on school safety. After hearing from school officials and community leaders, Rep. Anna Wills (R-Rosemount) sponsors a bill to increase safety in Minnesota schools by funding school resource officer training programs.
