Starting Line: Greater MN lawmaker pushing for public skate park funding

When first learning about a request for extra funding for public skate parks, you wouldn’t necessarily think the lead sponsor is a representative from Greater Minnesota. However, Rep. Tama Theis (R-St. Cloud) is sponsoring legislation that proposes to do just that.
