HF51 (Richardson) - Emmett Louis Till Victims Recovery Program established, and money appropriated.

HF1059 (Richardson) - Grants supporting healthy development of babies during pregnancy and postpartum for families with members who are Black, Indigenous, and People of Color funding provided, and money appropriated.

HF639 (Bahner) - Community solutions for healthy child development grant program established, and money appropriated.

HF712 (Reyer) - Family planning grant funding provided, and money appropriated.

HF1030 (Liebling) - Enrollee cost-sharing eliminated under medical assistance and MinnesotaCare; and individual, small group, and State Employee Group Insurance Program plans prohibited from including cost-sharing.

HF390 (Acomb): No-cost diagnostic services and testing required following mammogram.
