Each project/bill will be allowed a maximum of two (2) testifiers and will be given a maximum of five (5) minutes to present including all bill author comments and testifier testimony. These will be informational hearings on the bills, and no formal actions will be taken. Testifiers may submit a one-page handout for members on the project.
