HF729 (Noor) Human services; various provisions modified relating to Direct Care and Treatment, the Department of Health, health care, medical assistance provider enrollment, aging and disability services, behavioral health, homelessness, housing, and maltreatment of vulnerable adults; housing stabilization supports provisions removed; rulemaking required; release of initial Optum reports required; Optum prohibited from disseminating private data; reports required; and money appropriated.
HF729 is the Human Services Policy Bill.

5. HF4466 (Bierman) Health-related licensing boards, the Department of Health, directed payments, and medical assistance federal conformity provisions modified; allowable disclosures expanded to commissioner of human services; work or community engagement requirements established; fees established; and money appropriated. HF4466 is the Health Supplemental Finance Bill.
