Starting Line: Is this the year for Sunday liquor sales?

British educational writer W.E. Hickson wrote, “If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again.” 

That may be the mantra for Rep. Jenifer Loon (R-Eden Prairie) who, for the fourth year, has introduced a bill to legalize Sunday off-sale liquor sales.

This week “Starting Line” puts the focus on Rep. Loon and HF30, which would end Minnesota's prohibition on Sunday liquor sales. Find out why she thinks this may be the year her bill becomes law.
