HF 105 (Liebling) Extending the expiration of the executive order relating to use of telemedicine in the state medical cannabis program; extending the expiration of certain human services program waivers and modifications issued by the commissioner of human services pursuant to executive orders during the peacetime emergency declared in response to the COVID-19 pandemic; establishing a 60-day period for the commissioner of human services to transition affected programs off of COVID-19 waivers and modifications following expiration of the peacetime emergency; appropriating money.

HF 134 (Hansen) Prioritizing expenditures from the dry cleaner environmental response and reimbursement account; banning perchloroethylene; modifying prior appropriation; appropriating money for cost-share program; amending Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 115B.49, subdivision 3; Laws 2019, First Special Session chapter 4, article 1, section 2, subdivision 10; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 325E. XI. BILL ADDED: SF 47/HF 128 (Marquart) Providing aid and reimbursements to counties, cities, and towns to fund expenses related to COVID-19; appropriating money from the coronavirus relief federal fund.
