Representative Jessica Hanson, Vice-Chair of the Committee on Economic Development Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 10:32 AM on April 17, 2024, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Xiong moved that the minutes of April 3, 2024, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 3449 (Hassan) Economic Development Finance and Policy bill.

Representative Hassan moved HF 3449 be re-referred to the committee of Ways and Means.

Representative Hassan moved to adopt H3449DE2 amendment.

Representative Hassan presented H3449DE2 amendment.
