III. HF 72 (Engen) Entities or organizations that receive state funding prohibited from making campaign expenditures or otherwise expending money for any political purpose.

IV. HF 66 (Quam) Set filing period for special elections established.

V. HF 69 (Quam) City, town, and school district general elections required to be conducted on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of an even-numbered year; cities of the first class permitted to choose between even-numbered or odd-numbered year; and orderly transition plans required.

VI. HF 73 (Freiberg) Maximum refund for political contributions increased.

TESTIMONY AND MATERIALS SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Individuals wishing to testify or submit written testimony or handouts for the hearing must email the committee administrator by 12 p.m. (noon) the business day prior to the hearing. Required testimony information includes name, organization and title (if applicable), email, phone number, and position on the bill. Handouts must be in PDF format with OCR capability.

AMENDMENT SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Amendments for the hearing must be submitted to the committee administrator by 12 p.m. (noon) the business day prior to the hearing. Each amendment must include a listed author at the time of submission. Amendments are public upon submission and will be posted online before the meeting.
