3. HF 1042 (Moller) – Independent Use of Force Investigations Unit authority amended to investigate offenses that occur on state-owned military installations.

4. HF 2338 (Olson) – Military affairs; pay and allowances modified, and pension offset stipends established.

5. HF 2410 (Bliss) – Continued education benefits provided to surviving spouses who remarry.

6. HF 2444 (Bliss and Xiong) – Governor’s budget and policy recommendations for the Departments of Military Affairs and Veterans Affairs.

Note: No action will be taken on this bill. The Departments of Military Affairs and Veterans Affairs will give the Division a presentation of the Governor’s recommendations contained in HF 2444.
