the delete-all amendment for HF2005 includes the data provisions from the HHS policy omnibus bill.
HF2569 will not be in possession of the committee, however the data practices provisions to be reviewed in a committee are post in a memo below.

HF2569 (Sawatzky) - Educational opportunity for military children interstate compact adopted, and military-connected youth identifier required.
HF2656 (Huntley) - All-payer claim data use modified, and work group convened to make recommendations on expanded uses of the all-payer claims database.
HF2005 (Liebling) - Health data provisions modified, common entry point establishment requirements changed, automatic external defibrillator (AED) registration established, stroke center criteria modified, prescription monitoring program changed, immunity from civil liability established for use of opiate antagonists, and background study requirements modified.

HF2553 (Lesch) - Government required to secure a search warrant for the use of unmanned aerial vehicles, and law enforcement required to secure a search warrant in order to receive electronic device location information.
HF2288 (Atkins) - Law enforcement required to secure a court order in order to receive cell phone tracking data.
HF1994 (Johnson) - Law enforcement agencies prohibited from using unmanned aerial cameras to gather evidence on individuals without a warrant or imminent threat.
HF2552 (Lesch) - Unmanned aerial vehicle use by law enforcement regulated.
HF2694 (Lillie) - Real estate broker and salesperson regulation modified.
HF2568 (Sawatzky) - Special education; paperwork burdens reduced by creating a unified online system for collecting and reporting required special education due process data and thereby increasing opportunities for special education educators to focus on teaching students.
HF0859 (Simon) - Landlords and tenants; victims of violence remedies established, and Housing Opportunity Made Equitable (HOME) pilot project established.
HF2295 (Johnson) - Judicial districts required to establish minimum standards as a condition to using GPS to monitor domestic abuse offenders, and victim and defendant location data protected.
HF2120 (Holberg) - Data Practices and Personal Data Privacy Legislative Commission created.
HF2795 (Holberg) - Driver's license and motor vehicle registration data bulk transfer standards modified, and collection and deposit of fees provided for requests for data in bulk form.
