HF3514 (Barr) - Metropolitan Council promotional signs and activities prohibited.
HF3369 (Runbeck) - Transportation policy and finance various provisions modified, and Metropolitan Council governance amended.
HF3346 (Runbeck) - Loan conversion and lien release requirements established for a Transportation Department contract.
HF3469 (Runbeck) - Transit system development implementation plan required.
HF2990 (Lien) - Expiration periods for temporary motor vehicle permits extended.
HF3681 (Runbeck) - Metropolitan Council transportation division frequency of the transit financial activity review by the legislative auditor modified.
HF3682 (Runbeck) - Counties Transit Improvement Board eliminated, and technical and conforming changes made.
HF3593 (Nash) - Deputy registrar and driver's license agent reimbursement program established, allocation of motor vehicle fees amended, technical and clarifying changes made, and money appropriated.

HF0007 (Nash) - Metropolitan Council member staggered terms provided.
HF3463 (Petersburg) - Motor vehicle titling and registration provisions modified.
HF3593 (Nash) - Deputy registrar and driver's license agent reimbursement program established, allocation of motor vehicle fees amended, technical and clarifying changes made, and money appropriated.

Pursuant to House Rule 4.20 HF1126 and HF1589 were returned to the Transportation & Regional Governance Policy committee. The committee will not take public testimony on these bills as they were debated last year. The committee will vote to send the bills back to the General Register.

HF2740 (Nornes) - Seat belt requirement exceptions relating to recycling and solid waste collection vehicles amended.
HF1416 (Rarick) - Peace officers authorized to issue citations based on report from work zone flagger, and wireless communications device use in work zones prohibited.
