HF3591 (Agbaje) - Residential housing lease provisions amended; landlord and tenant rights and obligations amended; residential housing eviction provisions amended; new rights and obligations created for landlords and tenants; clarifying, technical, and conforming changes made to landlord and tenant provisions.

HF3800 (Norris) - Organization and operation of housing cooperatives for seniors, low and moderate income people, limited equity cooperatives and leasing cooperatives for designated members provided.
