HF3714 (Clardy) - Enrollment and eligibility priority modified for children in foster care for various children, youth, and families education and financial assistance programs; Northstar foster care child care allowance modified; and licensing agencies required to provide license holders with information about child care costs and early childhood education programs.

HF4176 (Youakim) - Site-governed school requirements modified.

HF2544 (Virnig) - Dual Enrollment Task Force established, report required, and money appropriated.

- The committee will take action on the DE1 amendment.

Testimony: HF3487 was previously heard on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. Additional public testimony will not be taken. - This bill was heard and amended on March 10, 2026, and laid over. The Chair will bring up HF3421, as amended, for further consideration. Additional testimony will not be taken.
