HF 4074 (Lillie) Administrative changes made to statutes governing the retirement plans administered by the Minnesota State Retirement System, correctional employees clarified to remain in the correctional employees retirement plan while working for a labor organization, various other retirement provisions modified.

3. HF 4543 (Frazier) Creation of centralized certified payroll reporting portal and database for all state projects covered by prevailing wage requirements required, and money appropriated.
