Representative Tony Cornish, of the Agriculture, Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee called the thirteenth meeting to order on Wednesday, February 9, 2005, at 8:25 a.m.

Representative Magnus moved to approve minutes of February 8, 2005 and February 3, 2005.

Jim Reinholdz, Fiscal Analyst, explained sample budget documents to the committee.
