Representative Dennis Ozment, Chair of the House Agriculture, Environment & Natural Resources Finance Committee, called the fifty-ninth meeting to order at 8:22 A.M. on Tuesday, March 21, 2006, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Chair OZMENT moved the minutes of the March 16, 2006 meeting be approved as prepared by the clerk. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair OZMENT moved SF762 for consideration by the Committee.
Chair OZMENT moved adoption of the S762DE2 to SF762. THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
