MINUTES
Representative Dan Dorman, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the second meeting to order at 2:35pm on Tuesday, January 26, 2005, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

Representative Knoblach moved the approval of the 1/11/05 minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The Committee heard a presentation on the Governor’s Capital Budget recommendation.
