MINUTES
Representative Dan Dorman, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the eighth meeting to order at 2:33pm on day, February 16, 2005, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

A Quorum was present.
Rep. McNamara assumed the gavel at 2:35pm.
Representative Dorman moved that HF3 moved recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
Representative Dorman moved the DE2 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Dorman moved the A11 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
