CAPITAL INVESTMENT COMMITTEE

MINUTES


Representative Dan Dorman, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the tenth meeting to order at 7:20pm on day, April 26, 2005, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

A Quorum was present.

Representative Dorman moved that HF2461 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.

Representative Dorman moved the A27 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Dorman moved the A28 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Solberg moved to amend HF2461 as follows:

Page 85 & 86, delete Article 4
Page 7, lines 13 & 14, adjust debt service accordingly

THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL AND THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.


Representative Dorman renewed the motion that HF2461 be recommended to pass as amended and be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


Representative Pelowski moved the approval of the 4/12/05 minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Solberg moved that HF2454 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
