MINUTES
Representative Tim Wilkin, Chair of the Commerce & Financial Institutions Committee, called the first meeting to order at 12:35 p.m. on Tuesday, January 11, 2005, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Chair Wilkin introduced the new staff for the committee.
Tom Pender, the committee’s house research staffer, gave a brief overview of the committee’s jurisdiction.
Commissioner Glenn Wilson and Deputy Commissioner Pat Nelson gave an overview of the Commerce Department, and answered questions from members.
The meeting was adjourned at 1.50 p.m.
