Representative Tim Wilkin, Chair of the Commerce & Financial Institutions Committee, called the second meeting to order at 12:45 p.m. on Wednesday, January 12, 2005, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Rep. Severson moved that the minutes from the meeting of January 11, 2005 be approved.
The motion prevailed.
Commissioner Scott Brener and Assistant Commissioners Beth Hargarten and Roslyn Wade presented an overview of the Department of Labor and Industry, and answered questions from members.
The meeting was adjourned at 2.05 p.m.
