Representative Jeff Johnson, Chair of the Civil Law and Elections Committee and Representative Tim Wilkin, Chair of Commerce and Financial Institutions called the meeting to order at 12:40 p.m. February 22, 2006 in Basement Hearing Room, State Office Building, St. Paul, MN.
