Representative Demmer moved HF3528 to be passed and re-referred to the Committee on Education Policy.
Representative Demmer presented HF3528 -School year length increased by five weeks and Labor Day school start date repealed.

Representative Klinzing moved to amend HF3582 with the HF3582A8 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Klinzing presented HF3582, as amended - Student assessment and achievement evaluation money appropriated.
