MINUTES
Senator Linda Higgins, Chair of the Senate Committee on State and Local Government Operations, called the Joint Senate/House Committee on State and Local Government Operations/ Committee on Local Government, the third meeting of the House Committee, to order at 12:36 P.M. on Wednesday, January 19, 2005, in Room 123 of the Capitol Building.
