MINUTES


Representative Steve Smith, Chair of the Public Safety Policy and Finance Committee, called the ninth meeting to order at 10:23 a.m. on Wednesday, February 2, 2005 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Rep. Smith moved HF484 relating to Rochester Regional Public Safety Training Center live burn training simulator funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.

Rep. Demmer presented HF484.

Testifying on HF484:

Jeff Leland, Rochester Fire Department

Rep. Smith laid HF484 over for possible committee capital bonding recommendations.
