REGULATED INDUSTRIES COMMITTEE
MINUTES
Rep. Torrey Westrom, Chair of the Regulated Industries Committee, called the first meeting to order at 2:35 p.m. on January 19, 2005 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

Rep. Westrom introduced himself and addressed opening comments to the committee.
Rep. Westrom moved that the following House files be referred to the Gaming Division: HF 88, (Thissen), HF 179, (Huntley), HF 233, (Thissen).
The motion prevailed.
All committee members and staff introduced themselves.
Rep. Gunther moved adoption of the committee rules.
The motion prevailed.
The committee heard presentations from the following individuals:

Rep. Westrom discussed the committee schedule for next week.
